Our very own pest control expert Tim West is now becoming somewhat of a celebrity pest controller. After his recent appearance on Steff’s Packed Lunch, Tim has now been invited to appear on the popular morning TV show; This Morning.
The ITV program aims to discuss the recent bed bug invasion which has emerged from Paris. Tim has been asked to make an appearance because of his deep expertise in bed bugs, and his naturally charismatic personality. Tim is due to appear on the show with a bed bug sniffer dog, and the dog’s dedicated handler. Together, the three will demonstrate how sniffer dogs can help us beat the bed bug invasion.

Tim’s path to fame began in June 2023, when The Sun reached out to Tim to do a special feature on the life of a pest control technician. You can read that here. It’s through this article that Channel 4 discovered Tim.
Prior to Tim’s TV debut, Merlin had been providing expert commentary to major UK news print and online publications, including recent bed bug features in the Daily Mail, The Sun, The Express, and many others.
Because of the recent bed bug explosion, there’s been an increased need for bed bug experts such as Tim to help inform the public about these blood sucking invaders.
